When I first got my stick I wanted the cable, but it was out of stock. Now I don’t see where I can get this cable sent to me. My image quality has degraded to almost useless. I need to relocate the stick to get better reception. Maybe I can return this roku stick

MY streaming stick for my ROKU 3600R (2016) doesn’t fit and when I go to the site is states page not found.If I can’t obtain the extender (offered free)the stick is useless.

I filled out the form it keeps telling me the Serial number is wrong. I don’t understand why?? I got my streaming stick with my sling subscription. I received it today. I went to connect it and it’s to large. I noticed on the direction page that I would need to get the FREE adapter. So I filled out info. It is saying the serial number I put 8n is incorrect. What do I do??

Seems like a long wait. It took me about 5 days to receive mine. I would suggest contacting Roku support to see what the holdup is. Note it comes in a very small envelope (or at least mine did).

1 thing ive noticed is heavy use(when plugged behind a tv) it tends to have high latency. Hope this keeps it cool enough

I love my Roku streaming stick but I can only use it on my front public TV. I cannot use it on my back more private TV because that TV is mounted too close to the wall. Please send me the free Roku stick to accommodate that situation. Thank you
