USA Network Launches USA Now On Roku

The USA Network announced the launch of their streaming platform yesterday on Roku. The service call USA Now is free, but requires authentication, meaning you must be subscribed to a cable or satellite package that has the USA Network. While this doesn’t help those who have completely cut the cord it does allow perhaps the option of cutting back on cable boxes in another room, or watching while you are away from home. USA Network today announced that shows from the leading entertainment network will be available on the Roku platform via USA Now, the network’s TV Everywhere streaming service.

Roku customers in the U.S. who authenticate via their pay TV provider can now use their Roku devices to stream full seasons, current episodes and select episodes of some of USA Network’s popular shows. Available shows include the latest episodes of the network’s breakout award-winning and 3 time Golden Globe nominated dramaMR. ROBOT, the long-running and critically-acclaimed drama SUITS and the highly buzzed about reality seriesCHRISLEY KNOWS BEST. Roku customers can also catch-up on fan-favorites PLAYING HOUSE and ROYAL PAINS.

USA Network programming will be available via the USA Now channel on Roku players and Roku TVÔ models to cable, satellite or telco subscribers by logging in with their pay TV credentials as part of TV Everywhere, the media industry’s effort to make quality content available to authenticated customers both in and out of the home, and on multiple platforms.

USA Now is also available on the iTunes App Store, Google Play, the new Apple TV, Xbox One and Windows Store for mobile devices and tablets.
