I have been a huge fan of pro wrestling since the early 80’s. I used to get up early on Saturday mornings, and rush home from church on Sundays to make sure I didn’t miss a match. Fortunately nowadays there are many options for watching pro wrestling, including YouTube, WWE Network and more.
A free channel just popped up on the Roku Channel store called ‘Rasslin. Rasslin is a linear channel, offering a continuous live stream of classic pro wrestling content. I have had the channel on for about an hour now, and have watched classic matches from AWA and Memphis Wrestling with classic stars like Bruiser Brody, and Jimmy Hart.
The video quality isn’t the best on some matches (definitely not HD) but they are still very fun to watch. So far there have been no ad inteeruptions, but I am sure there will be some ads at some point.
Here’s a brief channel description of the channel from the developer:
Classic Wrestling Matches from the 70’s & 80’s. All your favorites like Hulk Hogan, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Von Erichs, Ric Flair etc.
You can add Rasslin to your Roku via the on screen channel store, or by clicking here and adding it to your Roku online.
